Season Ticket Holder Postseason Information

Review important information on Postseason invoices and purchase dates.

2025 full season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to all potential postseason home games in their regular season ticket location(s). Full season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase:

• 3 - Wild Card Series Games
  • If the Phillies win the Division and finish with one of the top two records in the National League, the Phillies will receive a first-round bye and not play in the Wild Card Series.
• 3 - Division Series Games
• 4 - National League Championship Series Games
• 4 - World Series Games

Official game dates and times will be announced in the coming weeks.

2025 Full Season Postseason Payment Options:

1. Pay in Full by Friday, September 12

2. Two Installment Auto Payment Plan (debit/credit card is required for this option)

• 50% deposit due by Friday, September 12
• Remaining balance to be charged on Friday, October 3 (if the Phillies are still in Postseason play)

Parking

If you are a full season ticket holder who purchased 2025 preferred parking or pre-paid parking, included on the postseason invoice is a charge for postseason parking passes. Passes for all potential postseason home games will be accessible in the MLB Ballpark app.

Ticket Access

All postseason tickets will be available exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app and your My Tickets account. Accounts that pay in full or register for the two-installment auto payment plan by Friday, September 12, will have access to their tickets beginning the last week of September for the Wild Card Series (if applicable) and/or Division Series. Future ticket access will be available prior to each subsequent postseason series.

2025 Partial season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase four pre-selected potential postseason games for the like number of seats as they have in their plan(s) for the regular season based on the following format:

Select all 4 games and pay in full by Monday, September 15

We cannot guarantee your postseason offer after September 15.

• 1 - Wild Card Series Game

The Phillies will determine your specific postseason games assigned. Postseason seat locations will differ from regular season seat location. Partial Season ticket holders will be able to select a seating location based on available inventory.

Parking

If you are a partial season ticket holder who purchased 2025 preferred parking or pre-paid parking, please note that only Pre-Paid Parking will be available to purchase for your 2025 postseason offer. Passes will be accessible in the MLB Ballpark app.

Ticket Access

All postseason tickets will be available exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app and your My Tickets account. Accounts will have access to their tickets beginning the last week of September for the Wild Card Series (if applicable) and/or Division Series. Future ticket access will be available prior to each subsequent postseason series.

Season Ticket Holders:

PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS RELATED TO POSTSEASON GAMES NOT PLAYED HAVE NO CASH VALUE.

Any unused postseason money will serve as a credit towards the renewal of your 2026 season tickets. Please note that tickets related to postseason games not played have no cash value and credit for their cost (net the processing charge(s) if The Phillies qualify for the postseason) will automatically be applied to your 2026 season ticket balance.

Please note that notwithstanding any other statement to the contrary, the opportunity to renew Phillies season tickets is on a year-to-year basis as determined by The Phillies in its sole discretion. Ownership of 2025 season tickets and/or the purchase of 2025 playoff tickets does not create any right to purchase tickets to games beyond the 2025 season. Any oral or implied statement or action to the contrary is of no force and effect.

Season Ticket Holders: If you do not want to have your 2025 Postseason payment applied toward your 2026 Season Tickets, please submit a request for a Postseason Refund.

The refund process will be available after the conclusion of the Phillies final game of the season (including postseason play).
