Placed on 7-day IL (concussion)
Crawford has been sidelined since he was involved in a scary collision with Otto Kemp during Triple-A Lehigh Valley's game on Sept. 4. (ordered by ranking)

No. 34 Bryce Rainer, SS, Tigers
Injury: Dislocated right shoulder
Expected return: 2026
Detroit's 2024 first-round pick will undergo season-ending surgery after dislocating his shoulder diving back to first base in a June 3 game for Single-A Lakeland. He slashed .288/.383/.448 with a 134 wRC+ in 35 games this season. Rainer is expected to be a full participant in Spring Training next year. (Last updated: June 6)

No. 37 Noah Schultz, LHP, White Sox
Injury: Knee discomfort
Expected return: TBD
It's a second stint on the injured list due to knee discomfort for the 6-foot-10 southpaw. Schultz missed nearly two months due to the ailment earlier this summer and made two starts (five innings) since returning. Across two levels this season, the White Sox 2022 first-rounder has battled his command (5.5 BB/9) while still showing off his premium swing-and-miss stuff (9.4 K/9). Schultz was already expected to pitch in the Arizona Fall League next month as a means for making up for lost innings. (Last updated: Sept. 4)

No. 41 Ryan Sloan, RHP, Mariners
Underwent season-ending eye procedure
The 19-year-old underwent an eye procedure that will only sideline him for 2-3 weeks, according to the Mariners. But given the timing, that will end Sloan's very strong first full pro season. The right-hander, the 55th overall pick in the 2024 Draft, reached High-A down the stretch after pitching to a 3.44 ERA and 77-15 K/BB in 18 starts at Single-A. (Last updated: Sept. 7)

No. 45 Travis Sykora, RHP, Nationals
Injury: Torn UCL
Expected return: Potentially late 2026
After an MRI unveiled a torn UCL, the right-hander will undergo UCL reconstruction in two weeks, the club announced. Sykora left his July 5 start after one inning due to lower right triceps soreness and has not pitched in a game since. The 21-year-old had been one of the Minors most dominant pitchers this season, registering a 1.79 ERA across 12 starts and reaching Double-A. (Last updated: July 28)

No. 54 Chase DeLauter, OF, Guardians
Injury: Right wrist surgery
Expected return: Six to eight weeks
DeLauter, who underwent hamate fracture excision surgery on July 23, has resumed baseball activities. Based on similar cases, the 6-foot-3 outfielder has a return to play timeline of 45-60 days, further confirming that he will likely miss the remainder of the 2025 Minor League season. DeLauter had been sidelined with right wrist pain since July 11 and was later diagnosed with a hook of the hamate fracture after seeing a hand specialist. The 23-year-old was in the midst of a standout season at Triple-A, reaching base in all 34 contests he played in at the level and posting an .859 OPS with seven homers. DeLauter has dealt with a myriad of injuries since he was drafted in 2022. (Last updated: Aug. 17)

No. 59 Michael Arroyo, 2B, Mariners
Injury: Left hamstring
Expected return: TBD
Arroyo has been sidelined since he was removed from Double-A Arkansas' game on Sept. 5 after grabbing at his left hamstring while running down the first-base line. He was attended to by the team's training staff and exited the contest at the start of the next half inning. The 20-year-old native of Colombia has enjoyed another strong season in Seattle's system, hitting 17 home runs with an .834 OPS across two levels. (Last updated: Sept. 5)

No. 61 Rhett Lowder, RHP, Reds
Injury: Right elbow discomfort/left oblique strain
Expected return: TBD
The 2023 seventh overall pick, Lowder has been limited to four starts this season (7 1/3 total innings) due to a preseason elbow injury and a left oblique strain suffered in a May 22 rehab start with Triple-A Louisville. The Reds remain hopeful Lowder can build up enough to pitch in the Arizona Fall League, manager Terry Francona told reporters in late July. (Last updated: September 3)

No. 63 Mike Sirota, OF, Dodgers
Injury: Right knee
Expected return: TBD
Sirota has been sidelined since exiting High-A Great Lakes' July 5 game after an awkward slide in the sixth inning. The Loons placed him on the 7-day injured list and transferred him to the 60-day IL on July 13. He won't be eligible to return until the last regular-season series in early September. Acquired in the Gavin Lux deal last winter, the 2024 third-rounder performed very well in his first season in the Dodgers' system, producing a .333/.452/.616 slash line with 13 home runs in 59 games across Single-A and High-A. (Last updated: July 29)

No. 64 Theo Gillen, OF, Rays
Injury: Left middle finger fracture
Expected return: TBD
After calf and oblique injuries sidelined him earlier this season, Tampa Bay's 2024 first-rounder has landed on the injured list again, this time with a broken middle finger on his left hand. When on the field, it's been a strong first foray into pro ball for Gillen, who led the Carolina League in on-base percentage (.433) by a considerable margin at the time of injury. A gifted runner, the 19-year-old has been successful on 36 of 39 stolen-base attempts and posted a 150 wRC+ in 73 games for Single-A Charleston. (Last updated: Aug. 15)

No. 68 Emmanuel Rodriguez, OF, Twins
Injury: Right oblique strain
Began rehab stint at Single-A Fort Myers
Rodriguez suffered an oblique strain on a swing during a game with Triple-A St. Paul on July 12, and officially landed on the injured list six days later. He joined Single-A Fort Myers for a rehab assignment on August 27, his second this season. Rodriguez previously missed several weeks with a right hip strain and returned from a rehab assignment for that injury on July 1. The center fielder is slashing .273/.423/.430 across 51 games this season -- his second-highest total across five professional seasons. (Last updated: Aug. 27)

No. 69 Jarlin Susana, RHP, Nationals
Injury: Right triceps soreness
Susana exited his Aug. 30 outing for Double-A Harrisburg in the second inning, immediately after shaking his right arm following a pitch, and left the mound in obvious discomfort. The 21-year-old was diagnosed with right triceps soreness and will be re-evaluated, according to MLB.com's Jessica Camerato. Susana sustained a Grade 1 UCL sprain in his pitching elbow in May but rehabbed the injury before returning to make eight starts this summer. He was up to 57 strikeouts across 30 1/3 innings since his return and had hit as high as 103 mph on ballpark radar guns on multiple occasions. (Last updated: Aug. 31)

No. 82 Ethan Salas, C, Padres
Injury: Lower back stress reaction
Expected return: Possibly September
Back spasms threw a wrench into Salas' early-season plans, and he hasn’t appeared in game action since April 17. San Diego general manager A.J. Preller told MLB.com's AJ Cassavell that the 18-year-old has been diagnosed with a lower back stress reaction. The Padres were optimistic his recovery would simply require rest and wouldn't impact his development much, aside from the missed games, initially projecting a late July return. But Salas' injury has been slow to heal, per reports, pushing back that timeline. (Last updated: July 22)

No. 86 Logan Henderson, RHP, Brewers
Placed on IL (elbow)
One day before he was scheduled to make his next start, the Brewers placed Henderson on the 15-day injured list, retroactive to Aug. 4, with right elbow inflammation. The 23-year-old righty has gone 3-0 with a 1.78 ERA in five big league starts, all this season. (Last updated: Aug. 8)
