Status: Pulled off rehab assignment with Triple-A Nashville after injuring left shoulder diving back into first base June 20. MRI inconclusive due to swelling. Will return to Milwaukee for further evaluation. (updated: June 21)
RHP Brandon Woodruff
Injuries: Right shoulder surgery, right ankle tendinitis, right elbow contusion
IL date: March 27 (15-day, retroactive to March 24; shifted to 60-day on June 12)
Expected return: TBD
Status: Threw a second bullpen session of 40 pitches (simulating two innings) on June 19. Slated to throw BP on Tuesday, after which he could return to his rehab assignment, which was interrupted when he was struck on the right elbow by a line drive. (updated: June 20) More >>
LHP Nestor Cortes
Injury: Left elbow flexor strain
IL date: April 6 (15-day, retroactive to April 4; shifted to 60-day on April 21)
Expected return: After the All-Star break
Status: Threw bullpen with two up-downs on June 18 and “felt good right after it,” per manager Pat Murphy. Will throw live BP in coming days before rehab assignment. (updated: June 19)
OF Blake Perkins
Injury: Right shin fracture
IL date: March 27 (10-day, retroactive to March 24)
Expected return: Early July
Status: Began a Minor League rehab assignment with the ACL Brewers on June 14. Rehab could move to Triple-A Nashville after about a week. Manager Pat Murphy said Perkins' lack of at-bats means he could need full rehab assignment to get ready. (updated: June 15)
LHP Robert Gasser
Injury: Tommy John surgery
IL date: Feb. 12 (60-day IL)
Expected return: Late 2025
Status: Was scheduled to take the next big step in his comeback by facing hitters in live batting practice within a few days of a June 12 update. (updated: June 12)
LHP Connor Thomas
Injury: Left elbow arthritis
IL date: April 8 (15-day IL, retroactive to April 6; transferred to 60-day IL on May 18)
Expected return: TBD
Status: Had a setback after a May 25 rehab appearance in the Arizona Complex League and will undergo surgery to remove lose bodies in his elbow. (updated: June 6)
LHP Thomas Pannone
Injury: Left flexor tendon tear
Expected return: TBD
Status: Left a March 2 start and will be shut down from throwing for at least one month. (updated: March 7)
RHP J.B. Bukauskas
Injury: Right lat surgery
Expected return: 2026
Status: Suffered a major setback while throwing live batting practice on Feb. 19. He is not expected to pitch this season. (updated: Feb. 25)
