Season Ticket Automatic Renewal Program

Licensees participating in the Season Ticket Automatic Renewal Program (“STAR”) have the convenience of automatically renewing their Season Tickets.
Season Ticket Automatic Renewal - Enrollment
1) STAR. The New York Yankees Partnership (“Licensor”) offers purchasers of certain Ticket Plans (“Licensee”) the ability to enroll in STAR. Enrollment in STAR does not constitute acceptance of any offer by Licensor to license any Tickets under any Ticket Plan (each Ticket covered by the Ticket Plan, a separate “License”). The License is subject to the Ticket Terms and Conditions which includes the Agreement to Arbitrate and Class Action Waiver (the “T&Cs”). In the event of any conflict between the T&Cs and STAR (including enrollment therein), the T&Cs shall govern and control. Licensee acknowledges that the License is limited to the MLB regular season ("Regular Season") covered by the Ticket Plan and grants no right to renew the License for any subsequent Regular Season or any Postseason Tickets. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that it neither has a reasonable expectation to renew nor any right or privilege to renew the License for any subsequent Regular Season and/or Postseason Tickets. Licensor reserves the right to grant or not grant any license to Licensee for any subsequent Regular Season and/or Postseason Tickets for any reason whatsoever and pursuant to such terms and conditions as Licensor determines. Licensor reserves the right to change, amend, modify and/or update STAR at any time and any payment constitutes acceptance of any such change, amendment, modification and/or update. Additional terms and conditions apply.
2) Automatic Renewal. If Licensor offers Licensee an opportunity to renew the Ticket Plan, then as a result of enrolling in STAR, a renewal notice (the “Renewal Notice”) will be sent prior to the automatic renewal date for the Ticket Plan (the “Renewal Date”). Automatic renewal terms are the length of the applicable Regular Season (as determined by Major League Baseball). Subject to Licensor offering Licensee the opportunity to renew the Ticket Plan, automatic renewals will continue for each subsequent Regular Season until canceled. See Cancellation section below for more details).
3) Payment. Licensee acknowledges, agrees and consents that the Payment Method (i.e., credit card, debit card, etc.) stored in Licensee’s My Yankee Account and previously used to pay for your Ticket Plan will be charged the amount(s) and on the date(s) and the frequency in accordance with the Payment Option selected by Licensee and set forth in the Regular Season – STAR invoice.
4) Pricing. The amount charged for renewing the Ticket Plan may increase. Any increase will be set forth in the Renewal Notice and Regular Season – STAR invoice. If the renewal price materially increases, Licensee shall have the right to cancel the Ticket Plan up to fourteen (14) days after the initial payment of the increased renewal price has been charged unless Licensee affirmatively consents to the renewal price increase.
5) Cancellation. You may cancel STAR enrollment at any time. Any STAR cancellation until the date specified in the Renewal Notice (which will be before the Renewal Date) will be effective on the date the cancellation is provided. Any STAR cancellation after the date specified in the Renewal Notice (which will be before the Renewal Date) will be effective for the Regular Season immediately following the Regular Season set forth in the Renewal Notice. Cancellation can be sent to staroptout@yankees.com, by contacting your Ticket Account Representative or via your My Yankees Account.
