Twins Nike RBI John Donaldson Fall Ball League

Get ready for an incredible fall baseball experience! We're thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership: the Twins Nike RBI program is teaming up with the John Donaldson Baseball League to bring you the Twins Nike RBI John Donaldson Fall Baseball League!

This league offers a unique opportunity for athletes to train directly with experienced Twins clinicians and compete in an organized fall league environment. Our Veteran Division (Ages 13-18) will play with 90-foot bases and a 60-foot mound, providing a true competitive baseball experience.

What to Expect:

Clinics led by Minnesota Twins Clinicians: Athletes will benefit from dedicated practice sessions led by expert Twins clinicians, focusing on fundamental skills and advanced techniques.

Tuesdays (Pitching & Position Work): Dive deep into pitching mechanics, proper throwing techniques, and specialized drills for both infield and outfield positions.

Thursdays (Hitting & Baserunning): Sharpen your offensive game with focused hitting instruction, batting cage drills, and strategic baserunning fundamentals.

Competitive Play: Put your newly acquired skills to the test in exciting league games held every Saturday. Experience real game situations where you'll compete for a championship and develop your understanding of the game. Each player will receive a Twins Nike RBI jersey and a JDBL hat.

Don't miss this chance to train with Twins Clinicians, learn from the best, and develop your passion for the game!

Who Was John Donaldson?

This year, we're continuing our commitment to educate players, coaches, and families about the life and career of John Donaldson. Known to have played in over 137 cities in Minnesota alone, Donaldson's career was pivotal in integrating the game, and we advocate for his memory. His story offers a window into the lives of other Black baseball players, some of the greatest to ever put on a uniform.
