Boston, Mass. — The Texas Rangers today announced that the club has placed outfielder Kevin Pillar on the 10-day Injured List, retroactive to May 4, with lower back inflammation.
The club will make a corresponding roster move prior to Thursday’s game, but will play tonight’s game in Boston with 25 active players.
