Renewal Information
When will I receive my renewal information?
Your personalized renewal brochure has been delivered to your inbox! Please search for an email from feedback@mail.mlbemail.com. This brand-new brochure has information tailored just for you about your 2026 renewal.

What if I want to change my reserved plan or seating location?
For the first time ever, we are introducing the chance to find your perfect seats with our new virtual relocation tool! Use our brand-new virtual seating map to explore alternative plan types and seating locations with an immersive virtual view, all included in your renewal brochure. Once you select new seats, you’ll need to make your first payment at check-out. Following the renewal deadline, you’ll have another chance to move into any newly available seats.
If you need to downgrade your plan (including reducing your seat count, moving to a farther out location, or changing to a smaller plan), you can do so by contacting your dedicated account representative or our Member Services team.
Flex Members looking to explore a reserved plan may browse available options in the ‘Exclusive Offers’ tab of their My Orioles Ticket account.
What happens with my parking?
After your seats have been renewed, you will receive an opportunity to purchase parking before the start of the season. More details and priority access with be provided to renewing Birdland Members in the coming months.
If you’ve previously utilized accessible parking, you can expect to maintain that similar access in 2026.
What are my payment options?
All reserved members will have the option to pay in full or enroll in an interest-free 6-month payment plan. Upon enrollment, you will make your first payment of only 5% immediately with the remaining payments automatically charged each month to the credit card you enroll with.
All flex members will have the option to pay in full or enroll in an interest-free 4-month payment plan.
What do I need to know about Auto-Renewal?
Current Flex Members enrolled in Auto-renewal can make changes to their 2026 enrollment status at orioles.com/autorenewal. The deadline to opt-out is Friday, September 19, 2025.
Due to updates to our Membership Program, Reserved Birdland Members will not be automatically renewed for the 2026 season. Auto-renewal will begin for the 2027 season and beyond.
At the time of your 2026 renewal, you will be opted-in to Auto-Renewal making it easy to maintain your Birdland Membership year after year. Once renewed, you’re all set for hassle-free Auto-Renewal moving forward starting for the 2027 season!
We'll always notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes to your membership, including pricing, benefits, or opt-out deadlines for future seasons.

What happens if I don’t renew by the deadline?
To maintain your same location for the 2026 season, you will need to enroll in a payment plan by the deadline on September 12th. After that, your location will no longer be held, and you will need to select a new location from the remaining options at the time of your 2026 renewal.
Plan Information
How do I know what games are in my plan?
At this time, the MLB Schedule has yet to be released for the 2026 season, so you won’t see the full list of games within your plan – however, your renewal brochure will show your assigned plan along with a description of the games included. Once the MLB Schedule is announced for 2026, we will notify you by email with the list of dates included in your plan.
You can always change your plan again during our relocation window after the renewal deadline if another plan’s schedule works better for you!
Will Flex Plans still be available?
Yes, Flex Plans are still available for the 2026 season with no changes to the entry levels - $750, $1,500, $3,000, and $6,000. With flexes there is no minimum requirement for games, and you can use your funds as you go for games within the 2026 regular season (excluding Opening Day).
Flex plans come with a variety of benefits including concessions and merchandise discount as well as access to Opening Day and Postseason games. However, flex plans are not eligible for our newly announced Guaranteed Gate Giveaway or Ticket Sellback Programs.
Are there alternative options if I’m NOT able to commit to 20 games?
Yes, Flex Plans are still available, which do not require a minimum number of games – and you can choose your games & seats as you go! If you want the same seats for every game, we have a new 10-Game Pack in select locations. The 10-Game Pack is available at a discounted rate, however it isn’t eligible for member benefits including exchanges, concessions & merchandise discounts, Guaranteed Gate Giveaways, etc.

What is the new Guaranteed Gate Giveaway Program?
New for 2026, is the Guaranteed Gate Giveaway Program! Available to Full, Half, & Partial Plan account holders, you will have access to members-only gate on giveaway dates using tickets in your original plan and your giveaway is guaranteed! No stress, no missing out – even if you’re running late.
Please note, this is valid only for tickets in your original plan. Additional ticket purchases, exchanged tickets, or ticket purchased on the secondary market do not apply. Tickets that you forward to family, friends, or clients from your original plan will apply.
What is the Ticket Exchange Program?
Reserved Members (Full, Half, & Partial) can complete one-for-one ticket exchanges available through the enhanced online portal up to 24 hours before the game. Exchanges are ticket-for-ticket and dollar-for-dollar— Limited blackout dates may apply, including the 2026 Home Opener. An exchange date is required for every exchange and tickets cannot be returned for credit.
Flex Plan holders will have the ability to return tickets for credit back to their accounts at least 48 hours prior to the game.
All ticket exchanges are available online only through an enhanced online portal starting in the spring.
What is the Ticket Sellback Program?
Available to Full, Half, & Partial Plan account holders, you can plan ahead and sell back games you can’t use! The ticket sellback window will occur in February and will last for only a limited time. During this window, you can sell back up to 30% of games in your plan for their full value to be applied to your 2027 renewal.
Will I still get discounts on concessions & merchandise?
Yes, all Birdland Members will continue to receive a discount on all food, non-alcoholic beverages, and merchandise at the ballpark. Some restrictions may apply. Discounts will be tiered based on Plan Type as follows:
- Full Season - 30%
- Half Season - 30%
- Partial Season - 25%
- Flex $3,000 & Flex $6,000 - 20%
- Flex $1,500 - 15%
- Flex $750 - 10%
What’s happening with the Birdland Member Clubhouse?
Due to renovations on the Club Level, the Birdland Member Clubhouse will not be returning for the 2026 season. We look forward to offering Birdland Members access to our newly renovated Club Level. Access to the Club Level will be available for all Full Season Plans, and we will offer access passes through Birdland Rewards for all other levels, subject to availability.
