- 12:00 p.m. - Will Call/Ticket Sales windows (on King Street near Willie Mays Plaza) open

ENTERING ORACLE PARK
VIP Gate: 5:30 p.m.
Field Tickets Gate: Field ticket holders must enter through the Marina Gate (at the back of the venue, behind the scoreboard).
Standard Gates: General ticket holders can enter through one of three gates: Willie Mays (3rd & King St.), Lefty O’Doul (3rd St. at Bridge) or 2nd & King (2nd & King St.).

VENUE INFO
- Our neighbors: Oracle Park is located in a residential area and we ask concert-goers to be respectful upon entering and leaving the neighborhood.
- Bag Policy: Backpacks (including clear backpacks) are not permitted. Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs. Other bags, that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size, are permitted and do not need to be clear. On-site storage is available for rent. Click here to learn more.

MERCHANDISE
Merchandise will be available in Lefty O'Doul Plaza (on 3rd Street at the O’Doul bridge) and will be sold inside the venue on the Promenade Level (Level 2) once gates open. All purchases must be made with a credit or debit card.
TRANSPORTATION
We encourage attendees to plan their transportation arrangements in advance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable arrival.
Public transportation, walking and biking are the best ways to get to Oracle Park.
- Muni operates extra service to Oracle Park before and after concerts.
- Caltrain stops within steps of Oracle Park, providing convenient access. Caltrain departs the San Francisco Station every 30 minutes during evenings. Check Caltrain’s website for current schedule information.
- SF Bay Ferry operates direct pre-concert service to the ballpark from Oakland/Alameda and post-concert service to Oakland/Alameda and Vallejo. Check the schedule and purchase tickets here.
- Golden Gate Ferry operates direct pre- and post-concert service between Larkspur and Oracle Park. Learn more and purchase tickets here.
- BART is a short walk or Muni ride away from Oracle Park.
For those traveling by bike, free, secure bike parking is available on the Portwalk, behind right field. The Bike Valet service opens when the gates open and closes one hour after the conclusion of the event.

Accessible transportation services
Parking: Reservations are required to park in Oracle Park lots, including for those with valid ADA placards.
Please be aware of third parties selling unauthorized parking passes.
Resale parking passes will not be honored in Oracle Park controlled facilities.
