Lan Huynh Lee is entering her 15th season with the San Francisco Giants. In her role, Lan leads the development and execution of the organization’s people operations strategy and programs. She oversees the talent and people operations team responsible for talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, workforce planning and HR technology. She is an active member of the organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and serves as Senior Advisor to our Asian Pacific Alliance employee resource group. Lan is passionate about creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace for the employees that call Oracle Park home.

Prior to joining the Giants, Lan worked for five years at Mercer in San Francisco consulting on human capital engagements across various industries including technology, healthcare, tax-exempt and retail. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley from the Haas School of Business and is involved in supporting local community organizations focused on youth, workforce and community development. She serves on the board of Workforce Investment San Francisco and Leadership San Francisco and resides in San Francisco with her husband and their two children, Harper & Hayes.
