Prior to today’s game, the Yankees made the following roster moves:
- Signed RHP Geoff Hartlieb (#64) to a Major League contract and selected him to the active roster.
- Optioned LHP Jayvien Sandridge to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
