Here are Sunday's top prospect performances from the Minors

It was an all-or-nothing type of day across Minor League Baseball. By which we mean, the top performers either tagged multiple homers at the plate or racked up big strikeout numbers from the mound. On Mother's Day, this Sunday's top prospect performers brought their "A" games:
Cole Carrigg, OF/SS, Hartford (COL No. 3)
Carrigg, the 23-year-old 2023 second-round pick, is red-hot. He socked a pair of solo homers, giving him three jacks over his past two games for the Yard Goats. After logging 17 homers (and 14 triples!) in his full-season pro debut his Draft year, Carrigg has homered seven times in his first 28 games at Double-A. He has two triples on the year too, to boot. Jefferson Rojas, SS/2B, South Bend (CHC No. 6/MLB No. 78)
Rojas got a late start to the season due to an injury, but the 20-year-old is starting to hit his stride in his second stint with High-A South Bend. He registered his first multihomer game by swatting solo shots in consecutive at-bats, both pulled over the left-field wall. The talented infielder is hitting .300 with a .900 OPS in 21 games this season. Gameday

Jhostynxon Garcia, OF, Portland (BOS No. 5)
Do you have The Password? Portland does, because the Double-A Sea Dogs have Garcia, who played hero for the second consecutive day. Garcia, who goes by the nickname "The Password," grounded a walk-off single to the left field in the bottom of the 10th inning after launching a walk-off homer on an 0-2 count in the bottom of the ninth Saturday. What a weekend it was for the talented outfielder. Gameday

Mike Sirota, OF, Rancho Cucamonga (LAD No. 19)
We said there would be multihomer games, didn't we?! The Quakes rolled in part because of Sirota, who enjoyed his first career multihomer game as part of a three-hit, five-RBI performance, cranking a two-run shot in the first and a three-run shot in the seventh. The 2024 third-round pick, acquired in the Gavin Lux trade with Cincinnati in January, is having a heck of a pro debut in the Dodgers' system, hitting .354 with seven homers and a 1.130 OPS through his first 24 games at Single-A. Brock Rodden, 2B, Arkansas (SEA No. 27)
Who says you can't have pop out of the leadoff spot? Rodden entered play with one homer in his first 17 games, then went deep twice -- a solo homer and a three-run shot -- in consecutive at-bats out of the No. 1 spot in the Travelers lineup. The 24-year-old infielder is a speed-first guy but can drive the ball out of the ballpark. He logged 29 steals and 14 homers last season (mostly at High-A) and now has three homers and nine steals this year at Double-A. Gameday

Joseph Sullivan, OF, Asheville (HOU No. 11)
The Tourists' designated hitter enjoyed one of the best all-around days at the plate, homering as part of a three-run, four-RBI performance out of the No. 3 hole in the lineup. The 2024 seventh-round pick is having an interesting start to the season at High-A after making a brief pro debut at Single-A last year. He's hitting only .206, but with a .420 on-base-percentage, .895 OPS and seven homers through 30 games. Gameday
Braedon Karpathios, RF, Fort Wayne (Unranked)
It was a career day for Karpathios, a 21-year-old in his first stint at High-A. The Padres prospect recorded his first professional two-homer game and tallied a career-high six RBIs on a pair of three-run homers out of the No. 7 spot in the High-A TinCaps' lineup. Gameday

Mike Burrows, RHP, Indianapolis (PIT No. 15)
Burrows was dominant, recording 11 of his 14 outs via the strikeout over 4 2/3 innings for Triple-A Indianapolis and leading ranked prospects in punchouts on the day. The 25-year-old righty scattered four hits and walked two, but induced so many swings-and-misses he avoided damage by not allowing a run. Gameday

Bryce Cunningham, RHP, Hudson Valley (NYY No. 4)
Somewhat quietly, the 22-year-old righty is putting together a nice opening run in his pro debut. The 2024 second-round pick logged 6 1/3 innings of one-run ball, striking out four in his fifth strong start in as many outings for the High-A Renegades. Cunningham has been super solid so far, amassing a 1.98 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 36 1/3 innings. Gameday

David Sandlin, RHP, Portland (BOS No. 8)
Before The Password played hero again, the Double-A Sea Dogs were in the game because of their pitching. Sandlin and left-hander Connelly Early combined to strike out 17 batters across 10 innings, with Sandlin registered nine punchouts over the first five frames. The 24-year-old righty was charged with three runs but didn't walk a batter, improving his K-BB ratio to 28-9 across 26 1/3 total innings. Gameday

Juaron Watts-Brown, RHP, Vancouver (TOR No. 16)
The 23-year-old righty was almost untouchable, whiffing 10 across six scoreless innings in what was clearly his most effective outing of the season to date. The former third-round pick continues to put up gaudy strikeout totals for High-A Vancouver, where he's registered 54 strikeouts in 32 1/3 innings. Gameday
