Given annually to the MLB player who best represents the game through extraordinary character, community involvement, philanthropy, and positive contributions, both on and off the field, the league-wide Roberto Clemente Award winner is determined in part by fan vote.   • Chris Sale hosts Veterans from Camp Southern Ground in the Atlanta Braves Foundation Community Clubhouse and Braves’ Act of Valor Award Nominee Recognition: Each month, Atlanta Braves player Chris Sale hosts a group of military families or children from Camp Southern Ground for pregame hospitality in the Atlanta Braves Foundation Community Clubhouse presented by Kaiser Permanente. Guests are also provided with lower-level game tickets. On this evening, Sale will also be recognized in the Community Clubhouse by representatives from the Bob Feller Act of Valor Foundation for his nomination as the Braves’ Act of Valor Award nominee. This award is given by the Bob Feller Act of Valor Foundation each year to an MLB player who upholds the values of Bob Feller’s commitment to both military service and baseball. • Atlanta Braves Foundation 50/50 Raffle Presented by Harrah’s Cherokee Casinos: Fans located anywhere in Georgia can participate in the Atlanta Braves Foundation 50/50 Raffle presented by Harrah’s Cherokee Casinos.
