The Athletes Unlimited Softball League held its first ever College Draft Show on Saturday night on ESPNU, revealing the draft selections for the new professional league’s four teams.

The 12 collegiate standouts who received “golden tickets” throughout April found out their professional destinations, learning whether they were selected by the Volts, Talons, Blaze or Bandits.

The four clubs will play a 24-game season beginning June 7, touring 10 different cities between the regular season and postseason. Players will then take part in the AUSL All-Star Cup, a four-week season where 60 players will compete for points using a unique scoring format.

The AUSL held a 12-round draft back in January among players who already exhausted their college eligibility, with some of the sport’s biggest names -- including former UCLA pitchers Megan Faraimo and Rachel Garcia, ex-Oklahoma pitcher Keilani Ricketts and former Florida outfielder Amanda Lorenz -- joining the rosters.

Those rosters are now complete with three new players added to each team thanks to Saturday’s college draft. Here are the full results.

Round 1

1. Volts: Sam Landry, RHP, Oklahoma
2. Talons: Bri Ellis, INF, Arkansas
3. Blaze: Emma Lemley, RHP, Virginia Tech
4. Bandits: Cori McMillan, UTIL, Virginia Tech

Two elite pitchers and perhaps the two best bats in college softball comprised the draft’s first round. Landry and Lemley have been aces for their respective squads, while Ellis and McMillan entered play Friday tied for the most home runs in Division I with 25 apiece. Only two schools had multiple golden ticket recipients, and both Virginia Tech players made it into the first round of the draft.

Round 2

5. Talons: Sierra Sacco, OF, Mississippi State
6. Blaze: Korbe Otis, OF, Florida
7. Bandits: Emiley Kennedy, LHP, Texas A&M
8. Volts: Michaela Edenfield, C, FSU

A pair of dynamic Southeastern Conference outfielders kicked off the second round. Sacco and Otis have both been spark plugs for their schools, and both will be welcome additions to their new squads. After drafting the slugging McMillan in the first round, the Bandits picked up Texas A&M lefty ace Emiley Kennedy, while the Volts got one of college softball’s best catchers in Edenfield.

Round 3

9. Blaze: Ana Gold, INF, Duke
10. Bandits: Devyn Netz, RHP, Arizona
11. Volts: Danieca Coffey, UTIL, LSU
12. Talons: Raelin Chaffin, RHP, Mississippi State

One of the sport’s best two-way players -- Arizona’s Netz, who has 17 homers as well as 19 wins and a 2.11 ERA in the circle -- went to the Bandits in the third and final round. The Blaze picked up an all-around infield star in Gold, while the Volts drafted a standout slapper in LSU’s Coffey. Mississippi State pitcher Raelin Chaffin was the draft’s final pick, selected by the Talons.
